18L total capacity. It holds approximately 24 cans, 6 wine bottles, or 4 large 1L bottles plus additional lunch-box items.

How cold does it get?

The refrigerator chills down to 21°F (-6°C) and includes Extreme, Standard, and ECO cooling modes.

How is it powered?

It supports AC 100-240V input and DC 12-24V vehicle power. Rated power is listed as 45W for refrigeration plus 30W dedicated to charging ports.

Does it include USB charging?

Yes. It includes two built-in 20W USB Type-C charging ports so devices can charge while the fridge is running.

Does it fit the stock Cybertruck center console?

Yes. It is custom-fit for the Tesla Cybertruck center console and designed for a clean, factory-style installed result.

Can I use it outside the Cybertruck?

Yes. Because it accepts AC 100-240V and DC 12-24V input, it can work at home or in other compatible vehicles.

What should I do if the refrigerator is not cooling?

Check that the refrigerator is receiving power, enable Keep Accessory Power On on the Cybertruck center display, then set the temperature to -6°C (21°F) and let the unit run continuously for about 60 minutes. If the inner wall still does not feel cold, use the full guide below to check the compressor and heat-dissipation airflow before contacting customer support.

Refrigerator support

Refrigerator Not Cooling - Troubleshooting Guide

Follow these checks in order. Keep the refrigerator upright, and do not open the housing or attempt electrical or refrigerant repairs yourself.

I. Basic Checks

1. Check the power supply
  • Make sure the power plug is fully inserted.
  • Confirm that the vehicle socket is supplying power normally.
  • Open the refrigerator door and check whether the interior light turns on. If it does not, inspect the power supply circuit first.
2. Enable Keep Accessory Power On
  1. On the vehicle center display, tap Keep Accessory Power On.
  2. Confirm that the function is enabled.

If it is not enabled, the refrigerator will normally lose power after the vehicle is locked.

3. Check the temperature setting

Set the refrigerator to a target temperature such as -6°C (21°F), let it run continuously for about 60 minutes, then check the displayed temperature and touch the inner wall to see whether it feels clearly cold.

Cooling check results: If the inner wall becomes clearly cold, the compressor is cooling normally. If the refrigerator has already reached the set temperature, the compressor may stop automatically as part of normal temperature maintenance. It will restart with the fan after the temperature rises by about 3°C.

II. Check Compressor and Fan Operation

Compressor check
  1. After the refrigerator is powered and running, check for slight compressor vibration from the accessible exterior of the unit.
  2. After the refrigerator has run for a while, touch the refrigerated compartment's inner wall. A clearly cold wall indicates that the compressor is working. If the wall remains near room temperature, the compressor may not be operating.
Fan check - C18 model
  1. Place your hand near the heat-dissipation air outlet.
  2. Continuous airflow indicates that the fan is operating normally. If no air comes out while the refrigerator is running, the fan may not be operating correctly.

The C18 heat-dissipation outlet is located at the vented end of the refrigerator housing. Keep this outlet unobstructed.

Determine the Fault From the Check Results

1. Compressor operates; fan does not

This may indicate a loose fan connection or a fan fault. Contact customer support for wiring inspection and possible fan replacement.

2. Neither compressor nor fan operates

This may indicate loose internal wiring or a circuit-board or control-module fault. Professional inspection is required.

3. Compressor does not operate; fan rotates

The compressor module or compressor may be faulty. The compressor module is the more likely cause and should be inspected by a qualified technician.

4. Compressor and fan operate, but there is no cooling

If there is only slight cooling and the temperature stays close to ambient, the refrigeration piping may be blocked, especially if the unit has been inverted. If there is no cooling and the temperature rises, a refrigerant leak may be present. Both conditions require professional service.

Need help? Stop using the refrigerator and contact customer support if the basic checks do not restore cooling. Wiring, control-board, fan, compressor, piping, and refrigerant work must be handled with appropriate tools by qualified service personnel.
