📅 Return Window

Order Age: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders older than 1 month.

Unshipped Orders: You may cancel your order within 1–2 business days before it is shipped.

Shipped Orders: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Custom Products:

Custom products already in production and without quality issues are not eligible for return or refund.

All returns are inspected by our Quality Assurance team before processing.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and depreciation costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Due to the size and value of auto parts, return shipping and restocking costs are significant and must be covered by the customer for non-quality-related returns.

Minor wear from installation or handling may result in partial refunds.
💵 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Actual timing may vary based on your bank’s processing time.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

For quality-related issues, we cover return shipping and any applicable customs duties.

For non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and related fees.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted.
🧾 Restocking & Processing Fees

Free Shipping Orders: A 25% restocking fee applies.

Paid Shipping Orders: A 10% restocking fee applies.

Unshipped Orders (Canceled): A 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. Exceptions may apply if the item is damaged or defective—please contact our support team immediately in such cases.
