📅 Return Window

• Order Age: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders older than 1 month.

• Unshipped Orders: You may cancel your order within 1–2 business days, before it is shipped.

• Shipped Orders: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

📦 Return Conditions

• Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Custom Products:

  • Custom products that are already in production and have no quality issues are not eligible for return or refund.

  • All returns are inspected by our Quality Assurance team before processing a refund or exchange.

To provide a more secure and worry-free shopping experience, we’ve updated our policy based on whether Shipping Protection is purchased:

✅ Orders with Shipping Protection:

• One-time free return or exchange

• We’ll cover return shipping fees and depreciation costs

• Minor wear from installation or shipping will not affect your return

❌ Orders without Shipping Protection:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping and depreciation costs

• Due to the size and value of auto parts, we cannot cover these costs without Shipping Protection

💵 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• For quality-related issues, we cover return shipping and any applicable customs duties.

• For non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and related fees.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted.

🧾 Restocking & Processing Fees

• Free Shipping Orders: A 25% restocking fee applies.

• Paid Shipping Orders: A 10% restocking fee applies.

• Unshipped Orders (Canceled): A 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. Exceptions may apply for damaged or defective items—please contact our support team immediately in such cases.

⚠️ Special Return Policy for Custom Products

• Custom Items: Products like custom steering wheels are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Defective or Damaged: Refunds or exchanges are only allowed if the custom product is damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.
